That's almost as good as that bicycle stuck through the tree on Vashon Island.

Berke Breathed wrote a kids' book about it, I thought it was more madness from the mind of, but then I had the priviledge of seeing said bike. Bizarre.

It's fun to imagine that those rocks are the size of my thumb and that the bike is an itsy bitsy abandoned fairy bike. :-)

i can learn.

you know, after i read this i went back there with the intention of sticking that bike up in the crotch of a tree to be arborally consumed (Fruedians would probably have a field day with that). unfortunately it was gone.

Yeah, that's why Freudians make me laugh.
The bicycle on Vashon is featured in one of Berke Breathed's children's books (yeah, I know, the very idea!) I think it may have been "Edwurd Fudwupper Fibbed Big." Not quite sure, but whichever one it is, there is a really and for true picture of the bike.
Perhaps one some forest denizen, human or otherwise, picked the bike up for their own purposes, or perhaps it is someone else's art project now? One never can tell.
:icondepleted:
i had too look it up online. it was "Red Ranger Goes Riding". also saw that the bike has been vandalized. yay. :sarcasticclap: go people.

Aw, man, people suck sometimes.
Breathed's kids' books are weird, as could be expected, but definitely something I would read to a group of kids.
